Hi! What’s up? Hey!

I’m Sara Agah Franti — CEO of Soulshine Bali, entrepreneur, speaker, and creator of experiences that help people reconnect with who they truly are.

I support women in uncovering their deepest values so they can live lives that feel aligned, purposeful, and impactful. My work is rooted in my own story. As a daughter of Baha’i refugees from Iran, I was raised on the principles of service, unity, and acceptance. But it wasn’t until moving through my own seasons of hardship, identity shifts, motherhood, public scrutiny, reinvention, that I learned what it means to actually live those values from the inside out.

Before stepping into entrepreneurship, I spent ten years as a Registered Nurse and earned my Master of Public Health. My work took me everywhere, from remote fly-in clinics in northern Canada to disaster relief efforts in Haiti and the Philippines, to hospitals across California. Those years taught me humility, resilience, and the profound power of human connection.

Inspired by this, my husband Michael and I co-founded Do It For The Love, a nonprofit dedicated to bringing live music experiences to people facing life-threatening illnesses and severe challenges.

Entrepreneurship has always been in my bones (I ran a thriving car-wash and dog-walking “business” at age ten). Today, that passion has evolved into co-leading Soulshine Bali, our growing retreat hotel and creative sanctuary in Ubud, where we host transformational music-and-yoga Soulrocker Retreats.

Through every chapter, one truth has crystallized for me:
You create the deepest impact when you honor who you are—fully, unapologetically, and without shrinking.

That’s the work I’m committed to, helping women rise from the inside out, lead with integrity, and build lives that feel both powerful and profoundly their own.

XO, Sara

My Beliefs.

  • I believe that in a world that demands you to be so many things, the most important thing you can be is your authentic self.

  • I believe the only way you can be truly authentic is to understand the deepest values that drive you.

  • I believe it’s hard work to live according to those values but you have the courage within you to do it.

  • I believe that who you are is constantly evolving and you need to be prepared to let go of old identities to become who you are now  (and be nice to yourself along the way).

  • I believe we all have the ability and responsibility to positively impact the lives of others...and that your authenticity is your greatest act of service.
